At Ethos we believe in the epic quote "Food Is Your Medicine". When planning for our classes or events, we try and source our ingredients locally, keeping in mind organic is best. We encourage you to take up gardening, visit your farmer's markets, and provide your body with high-nutrient-based foods.
Ethos Culinary is a unique space located in a Chef's home kitchen, in San Diego County, Carlsbad, California. We provide you with a personal small group environment.
